Dan Beaumont keeps London dancing. He cut his teeth as promoter and resident of the influential Disco Bloodbath parties back in the 00s before going on to open his own venue; the game-changing queer bar/club/art space Dalston Superstore in 2009. He has kept his production work solid with 2014’s ubiquitous Trippy Pumper on the revamped Classic label and this year’s smash Spirit Talkin’ on Spencer Parker’s respected Work Them imprint. He is also behind the essential Chapter 10 warehouse parties which continue to keep London’s dancers working. Dan’s record box is a usually a combination of house spanning 25 years, disco screamers, italo, Hi NRG, occasional techno, home made jams and secret floor fillers.
